Fettuccine, literally 'little ribbons' in Italian, is a type of pasta popular in Roman and Tuscan cuisine. It is a flat, thick pasta traditionally made of egg and flour, narrower than, but similar to, the tagliatelle. Fettuccine is often classically eaten with chicken or beef ragù.
From selected wheat, fresh semolina from the Molino, bronze plate drawing, low temperature drying and constant quality control, DeCecco is the standard by which other pastas will be judged.
