Penne is a cylinder-shaped pasta with both ends cut diagonally and with a smoothh surface. Penne is traditionally cooked al dente and its shape makes it particularly adapted for sauces, such as pesto, marinara, or arrabbiata.
Traditionally made using bronze die extrusion by the world renowned artisan pasta manufacturers in Gragnano, a town in Napoli know as home of some of the best dried pasta in Italy, and have been designated IGP for its pasta.
Certified gluten-free ("senza glutine"), with 80% Corn Flour 20% Rice Flour.
