Wagyu beef is famous for being tender, juicy and a naturally enhanced flavour. Comparing to other meat, Wagyu is high in omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids but significantly lower in saturated fat and higher in healthy monounsaturated fat.
This is richly marbled with a nicely defined grain with a satisfying bite and a memorable, rich flavor.
- It is recommended to cook our wagyu to at most "medium well" to avoid drying out the meat.
